The horse archers also have auto-skirmishing ability which can be toggled on and off with the button “S”. In a fast paced world of cavalry, a delay of couple of seconds matters gravely. By the way, it is imperative that you need to learn the hotkeys for the abilities which I'm explaining instead of relying on the mouse. It is clearly a situational ability and can be toggled on by the button “F”. Down side is the obvious exhaustion from non stop galloping. The Circle helps the horse archers greatly to avoid even gunpowder weapons although enough shots will break their morale. They are primarily geared for ranged attacks although some do reasonably well in melee, often have incredible move speed, and have an ability to run a wide circle to avoid most of the incoming fire-known as Cantabrian Circle.
